Your treatment plan will include an estimate of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all estimated costs before treatment is administered.
For your convenience we accept CareCredit, cash, checks (with a picture ID), money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Therefore, payment in full for treatment is due before or at time service is rendered. Our office also offers longer-term financing through CareCredit. CareCredit can help you afford treatment with lower monthly payments and at no to low interest rate for up to 48 months in some cases.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy, our team assists in filing and following up on your dental claim for any care you have received with us. We will bill insurance companies for services on your behalf and allow them 30 days to render payment. We will make every attempt to help you receive your full benefit. Please remember that after 30 days, you are fully responsible for payment of any remaining balance unpaid by your insurance company. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
